Victoria's Bin 4 Burger Lounge opening Vancouver location

Burger lovers, this news might be worth noting: Victoria’s popular Bin 4 Burger Lounge will be opening up a Vancouver location in the heart of South Granville.

Taking over the prime corner spot formerly occupied by Luke’s Corner Bar at 2996 Granville Street, Bin 4 revealed June 1 that they plan to open up an outpost at that location this fall.

Bin 4’s motif is burgers with an upscale dining vibe and food that’s locally sourced. The mini-chain uses hormone-free beef and free-run chicken, and their menu includes house-cut fries, fried pickles, an array of fresh salads, and a long list of gourmet burgers–each given a “bin number.”

The burgers list includes a veggie option, and, in addition to beef and chicken, stretches to include lamb burgers, pork and chorizo burgers, and even bison burgers. They also serve up beer, wine, and craft cocktails.

With three Vancouver Island locations (Victoria, Langford, Saanich), this will mark Bin 4’s first foray into the Vancouver market.

Will their burgers win Vancouver’s love, too? We’ll have to wait and see!
