How much beer will cost at Vancouver Canucks games this season
If you like just a little beer at a time, it will be slightly more expensive at Vancouver Canucks games this season.
Judging from the cost of alcohol at Thursday’s preseason game between the Canucks and Edmonton Oilers, prices haven’t changed much from last season.
A 24 oz pour of Molson Canadian, Coors Original, and Granville Island will cost a penny more this season, as prices ending in 49 cents were rounded up to the nearest 50 cents: Molson Canadian went from $19.49 to $19.50, for example.

That makes a 24 oz Molson Canadian a dollar more than the equivalent serving at an Edmonton Oilers game.
If you want a smaller beer, prices went up by a few more pennies. The price of a 12 oz beer went up by 25 cents across the board.
- Molson Canadian (12 oz): $10 (up from $9.75)
- Coors Original (12 oz): $11 (up from $10.75)
- Granville Island (12 oz): $12 (up from $11.75)
More alcohol options can be found at the bars inside the concourse, with a slate of liquor, cocktails, coolers, and wine, along with more beer options on tap and in cans.

For non-alcoholic drinks, the Canucks appear to have switched from Pepsi products to Coca-Cola products. PepsiCo has been the exclusive supplier for the Canucks and Rogers Arena since 2011, but their products are nowhere to be seen now.
The cheapest Coca-Cola product is a medium soft drink for $8, a dollar more than the $6.99 the Canucks charged last year for a bottle of Pepsi.
A bottle of water, however, will cost the same at $6.25, and a Minute Maid juice will be just a penny more at $7.50 compared to Dole juice at $7.49 last season.
If you want a sports drink at a sporting event, a Powerade will cost $8.50, up from the $7.49 they charged for a Gatorade last season.
