In need of a fun time out with friends and family but need to be gentle with your wallet? Aurora Winter Festival has got you covered with lots of great entertainment included with your admission to this year’s massive North Pole-inspired festival.

Take a trip to The North Pole, and enjoy daily holiday storytime with Santa and his Elves. Plus you can get a free photo with Santa, and even book your time through the Aurora Winter Festival App. As a free experience, be sure to bring your own camera or cell phone to snap the picture. Little ones can pop by the Craft Tent to create their own handmade holiday gifts, and share a Christmas wish at the letter-writing station. Plus the whole family will enjoy oversized games like reindeer ring toss, giant checkers, and tic tac toe.

When the night gets chilly, warm up in the heated Entertainment Tent and take in great live performances every evening for free. There will be a variety of talented singers, bands, and Christmas Choirs to enjoy during the festival, plus you can treat yourself to mulled wine and hot chocolate.
Bring your friends to explore the four Mystical Worlds of Aurora, filled with magical sights and characters, like Yeti Cave, giant animal sculptures, stunning light displays, and a palace with ice throne. Head onto the LED dance floor in the Disco Dome where DJ Elyon entertains guests in the all-ages lounge and bar. (Don’t forget to try out snowball shotput.)

Aurora is also treating young festival goers to a great offer in the expanded Tube Park. From December 14 until December 23, children 12 years old and younger can slide for FREE on the huge 200-foot Tube Slide, presented by Rogers. Young ones can go for as many exhilarating rides as they want at no charge, and older kids can join in the fun for just two ride tickets, $3 each.
