Vancouver's retro American diner-inspired restaurant has officially opened
It was in August of last year when we first reported on the retro-inspired restaurant Aureliana coming to Vancouver. Now, over a year later, the restaurant has officially opened its doors.
The new restaurant is meant to channel a classic American diner, with its own refined edge.
“Tune in to a familiar dream. Reminiscent of a simpler time,” shared Aureliana on Instagram.
As for food, expect classic American fare in an open-kitchen setting. Think pancakes with salted butter and drenched in maple syrup, burgers served with grilled hot dogs, Reuben sandwiches, fresh-cut fries, and more.

Aureliana officially opened its doors on Oct. 15 and operates Tuesday to Sunday from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.
