The finalists for Air Canada’s Best New Restaurants for 2026 have been revealed, with exciting new spots spanning the country making the cut.

We, of course, love to see Canadian restaurants getting the recognition they deserve, and for the 25th year in a row, Air Canada has pulled together a long list of 30 finalists with “food worth flying for.”

To determine the finalists, nominations come from a national panel of journalists, chefs, and culinary storytellers, before one anonymous culinary expert heads on a cross-country tour to test out each restaurant as any customer would.

While the long list is out right now, the Top 10 finalists will be revealed on Nov. 16.
