Another adult summer camp coming to Vancouver this summer
Not everyone had a great time at camp as a kid. The food might’ve been bad, the camp counsellors might’ve been mean, or maybe you just didn’t go at all.
Well now there’s a chance to remedy those campground nightmares, thanks to this new adult-only summer camp.
Camp No Counselors is coming to Vancouver for the first time ever this May.
Think of it at a cross between an all-inclusive vacation, glamping, and what you always imagined a summer camp could be: with sports, arts and crafts, archery, and friendly competition.
Not to mention booze.
We’re talking open bar for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and then all night long. Which is great for the themed parties that come complete with DJs and live bands. Being 19+ definitely has some perks.
The Vancouver camp will be located on the western shores of the Indian Arm, and accessible only by boat.
Would-be campers will be picked up from Deep Cove, and brought to the 128 acre campgrounds for three days of activities, swimming, and partying it up with fellow campers.
The camp runs from May 19 – 22, and costs $700 per head, though if you sign up with a group of four or more, everyone gets $25 off. That includes food, booze, activities, and lodging. (Though the lodging is in bunkbeds, but you’re at summer camp, after all.)
