7-Eleven Day is July 11th. Obviously.

In celebration, the chain of convenience stores in Canada has announced plans for the biggest 7-Eleven Day celebrations ever. It means that from British Columbia to Ontario, nearly 600 stores will each be giving away 1,500 free Slurpees.

That’s almost 900,000 free drinks just waiting to be collected by Canadians.

“We’re honoured to have fans who are passionate about Slurpee, and every year 7-Eleven Day is our opportunity to thank them, give back, and celebrate together,” said Doug Rosencrans, Vice President and General Manager of 7-Eleven Canada. “It’s apparent through the stories and photos people share with us on social media, that Canadians feel a special connection with our brand, and we want to celebrate that. With Winnipeg claiming the title of Slurpee Capital of the World for the 18th consecutive year, it’s clear that this sense of spirit is unique to Canada.”

Offered between 11 am and 7 pm, small Slurpees will be free while supplies last. Look forward to flavours like Mountain Dew Mango Heat, Peach Lemonade, and Pepsi Fire.
