Local developer Onni Group is currently marketing the penthouse, located at The Mark at 1372 Seymour Street, which was completed by the firm in 2013. A representative with the developer told Daily Hive Urbanized the company has a practice of retaining ownership over a handful of the luxury units within its downtown developments, and this penthouse at The Mark is amongst its private collection.
The monthly rental rate runs on a sliding scale, with a lower rate for longer tenancies; it is a $45,000 monthly rent for one to three months, $40,000 for four to six months, $35,000 monthly for six to nine months, and $30,000 for 10 or more months.
The penthouse recently completed a one-month rental, and it was hinted that this property is suitable for the short-term accommodation needs for Hollywood A-listers in Vancouver working in local film and television productions.
According to BC Assessment, the property’s assessed value is $8.6 million.
