A 2.2-acre equestrian property located within Vancouver is on the market for $18.9 million, representing a price drop of about $1 million from last year’s listing price of $19.888 million.

The mansion at 7110 Blenheim Street is located in the Southlands neighbourhood, within an area wedged by Musqueam Golf Course to the west, Southwest Marine Drive to the north, McCleery Golf Course to the east, and the Fraser River to the south.

According to the listing by Mike Rampf and Sherry Chen with Next Door Real Estate Group at Engel & Volkers, the 2015-built, two-storey residence includes five bedrooms, comprising three ensuite bedrooms, a grand master bedroom with walk-in closets, and a spa-like ensuite.

Altogether, there are seven bathrooms in the home, which has a floor area of 7,715 sq. ft.

The residence, designed by The Airey Group and HB Design, is said to be inspired by Harlan Estates Winery in California’s Napa Valley.
