This phenomenal dish is traditional in Chinese cuisine. “Crossing the Bridge” Rice Noodles have over a hundred years of history, and Yungshang is serving them in an unforgettable fashion.
Each set of rice noodles comes with various seafood offerings including Canadian Atlantic lobster tail, fresh French Kiss oysters, scallops, shrimp, and crab sticks.
Other toppings include beef slices, fish cakes, ham, enokitake mushrooms, Chinese lettuce, and egg tofu.
With a selection of tasty, hot soup bases ranging from Signature Bone Soup and Tomato to Coconut Curry and Spicy Pickled Pepper, diners can choose their favourite one to be paired with this hearty feast.
Since the production process of this special dish is quite extensive, it’ll be available exclusively from March 15 to March 31. The spot will be serving a limited quantity per day, only at the North York Yunshang Rice Noodle store.
And the first 100 customers to visit the new North York location after 6 pm on March 15 and 16 will get to try the dish for free.
