Canadian woman's positive Facebook post about subway experience goes viral

It was the morning of Remembrance Day when a Torontonian was waiting for the subway to leave Finch Station.

The woman, Salma Hamidi, wrote about her morning, which she shared with a few other Toronto transit riders. The commonality between all of them? Kindness.

After the recent US election, many Canadians have felt down and there have been incidents about racism in public reported. But many forget that, Canadians are all about kindness. And on that fateful morning, Hamidi experienced the best kind of kindness in our city.
