
Billy Bishop Airport flooded this morning after a water main break.
According to the airport, a water main break at Bathurst just south of Queen’s Quay has resulted in flooding around the airport.

2/2 –and airport staff have closed the turning circle and are managing access to the airport. Water supply within the airport has been affected. Updates will be provided as information is confirmed.

Water supply in the airport has been affected and there is limited vehicle access to the airport. There is no impact to passengers using the tunnel or ferry and flights have not been affected.

According to the latest update from the airport, valves to affected water mains have now been shut off. Portable toilets are being brought into lounges to make sure washrooms are available to passengers.
All passengers are being asked to leave extra time to account for delays on Bathurst Street.
