Toronto’s vegan scene is thriving and the trend looks like its going to continue into 2018! Fresh just announced its opening a new location!

The homegrown chain of vegan eateries has been kicking it in The Six for over 25 years and as of summer 2018, the family of restaurants will welcome a fifth outpost to Toronto.

“Challenged by a fast-moving modern world, a plant based diet is the best way to take in all of the micronutrients our bodies need to sustain us with energy all day long and throughout the week. It’s the next level in health consciousness not only for ourselves, but also to the benefit of our communities, our kids and our planet, “ shares Fresh founder and trend leader in healthy-living, Ruth Tal in a press release.
