On March 1, The Weather Network released its Canada-wide spring forecast, which called for a “slower than typical start to the season” for BC.

According to the long-range forecast, Ontario is expected to see a warmer spring than in years past, and March should bring “extended tastes of early spring after a very wintry February.”

Slowly but surely, spring has (finally) sprung in Toronto.
