Up to 10 cm of snow forecast for Toronto this Thursday

Feb 28 2018, 9:40 pm

Just when Toronto thought it was in the clear, Old Man Winter is coming back with a vengeance.

Despite being on track to break a 65-year-old warm weather record today, The Weather Network is forecasting up to 10 cm of snow to cover the city on Thursday, March 1.

To accompany the snow, Toronto is going to (thankfully) experience fairly mild temperatures on Thursday, with the temperature hovering slightly over freezing at 2°C, which will feel more like -4°C with the windchill.

However, the snow will be short-lived as it mixes with rain, and it’s only expected to stick around on the first of the month before we can expect spring-like weather to return over the weekend.

Let’s hope that Toronto can break its temperature record this afternoon so we can enjoy the slightly warm-ish weather a little bit longer.
