What to expect from Toronto weather during the first weekend of June

We’re going to come out and say it, the weather this week has sucked.

Following a few days of sunshine, things went downhill and stayed that way.

But the good news is, better weather is likely coming, just in time for the weekend. Overall, this should be a pleasant first weekend of June, with sunshine and a few periods of rain expected, according to Environment Canada.

Friday features clear skies and a high of 20°C, however, tonight 10°C is expected and there’s a 60% chance of showers later this evening and overnight with risk of a thunderstorm.

If we had to pick the best day of the weekend it would definitely be Saturday because there will be sunshine and warm temperatures. The temperature is expected to creep to 21°C in the afternoon, which will be accompanied by periods of rain and a high of 12°C.

Unfortunately, we’ll be wrapping up the weekend on a rather dreary note, as periods of rain are expected. But at least it will still be warm, as a high of 19°C is expected, followed by 8°C at night.
