It's supposed to feel like 22°C in Toronto tomorrow

Toronto is still waiting to hit 20°C in 2019.

But that wait has a real shot of finally ending tomorrow. A high of 19°C is being called for, with the temperature in the city feeling more like 22°C by the afternoon.
