Union Summer market is now on for 50 consecutive days in Toronto

Union Summer is officially open now!
The open-air market, presented by TD, launched on Canada Day and is on now until August 19 at the Sir John A. Macdonald Plaza on the doorstep of Union Station.
Back after going on hiatus in 2017, the returning attraction promises an eclectic mix of “food, musicians, film screenings and live performances,” as it showcases ‘Where Toronto is Going’ through a curated mix of local food vendors, arts and cultural organizations.
Programming includes Folk Music Ontario on Mondays, highlights from Wavelengths Festival on Tuesdays, City Hall Live every Wednesday afternoon and outdoor movie nights in the evenings, plus TD Festival previews on Thursdays, DJ ‘Nooner’ and TD Music on Fridays, and a Young Artists Showcase on Saturdays. The Design Exchange will also host children’s programming each weekend.
Of course, the main attraction is (as always) the selection of top Toronto eats all in one place. Participating food vendors include Amano Pasta, Bananza, Fugo Desserts, Harry’s Charbroiled, Mean Bao, Roywoods, The Carbon Bar, The Plant YYZ, Union Chicken, and Wvrst
