Spring is officially here! According to Environment Canada, temperatures in Toronto are going to reach double digits starting this week.

The high on Wednesday is expected to reach 10º C and even though the forecast also calls for rain, the city could be blessed with warm weather AND sunshine as soon as Thursday when temperatures are expected to reach 12º C along with a mix of sun and clouds.

Patio weather is on the horizon, just take advantage when you can because, as usual, temperatures in Toronto are still fluctuating daily.

Unfortunately, by the Easter long weekend, forecasters are looking at an active pattern unfolding for the region.

The Weather Network is also calling for a “White Easter” for some areas in Southern Ontario, where  a significant amount of snow is expected. Toronto should only see a couple of cms, with the highest accumulation forecasted on April 3.

But, it’s weather, so hopefully that changes before then.

For now, bask in all that Thursday warmth.
