Toronto weather has been, well, less than ideal this spring, even until its very last day.
But that is finally about to change.
As we have officially hit the first day of summer, Environment Canada has forecasted warm temperatures in the mid to high 20s, which will be accompanied by clear and sunny skies over the weekend.
And according to The Weather Network, it’s only going to get warmer.
Although the start of next week will reach a high of 28°C on Tuesday, there is rain in the forecast.

But as we move on to the middle of the week, sunshine returns with a humidex will leave the city feeling more like 31°C on Wednesday and Thursday, then 32°C on Friday.
Just in time for the Canada Day long weekend.
So while we are still drying out from Thursday night’s rainy storm, we’re ready for that summer feeling.
Start planning your long weekend now, Toronto.
Summer is coming.
