Here comes the rain again… and lots of it. So much so that Environment Canada has issued a special weather statement for Toronto for Thursday evening.
According to the weather agency, “heavy precipitation” is expected late this afternoon and early evening.
Environment Canada says a band of slow-moving precipitation has developed over the region and may bring locally heavy rain to the area.
Local amounts of 30 to 40 mm are possible in a short period of time.
