As the forecasted winter storm descended on Toronto Monday afternoon, a significant weather system arrived, blanketing the city in snow.
And while the snow caused quite a few headaches for drivers, it looks like most of Toronto was excited to see the snow — especially the college and university students who had their classes cancelled.
The winter storm is expected to bring a snowfall accumulation of 15 to 20 cm with the highest amounts expected closer to Lake Ontario, according to Environment Canada.
The snow in Toronto may be making for quite the frustrating commute home, but we must admit that it makes for one amazing sight.
