But according to weather extremes websites, the coldest place in the world right now is Geraldton, Ontario, which is in the district of Thunder Bay, and currently feels like -46°C. The town is one of the places under the extreme weather statements issued by Environment Canada.
Another website marking extreme weather shows that Geraldton has been the coldest place in the world for the last 24 hours.
But 72 hours ago, it was -49°C in Shepherd Bay, NT.
Just a little colder than Toronto. Just a little…
