Toronto Police looking for man who drop-kicked woman in unprovoked attack

Toronto Police are looking for help finding a man wanted for assaulting a woman in an unprovoked drop-kick attack.

Police say that on Friday, May 19, at 9 am, a 32-year-old woman was walking near the church at Trinity Square by the Eaton Centre when a man ran up behind her.

The man then “jumped into the air and drop-kicked” the victim, who was thrown onto the ground and injured.

The suspect fled the scene, and police are now looking for a male, described as black, 5’8″, 150 lbs, full beard, short braided black and red dyed hair.

He was seen wearing a blue hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans and red running shoes.

Police say that the man is considered violent and dangerous. If located, you’re asked not to approach, and call police immediately.
