A 25-year-old man has been arrested in connection to an ongoing sexual assault investigation.
According to Toronto police, between July and August 2012, a man volunteered as a camp counsellor with the City of Toronto Summer Camp Programs out of Sir Adam Beck Junior School, located at 544 Horner Avenue.
Police say the man met a six-year-old boy who was a participant of the summer camp. He then allegedly sexually assaulted the child.
On Wednesday, October 21, police say the Child & Youth Advocacy Centre arrested Troy Caster of Toronto.
He is facing three charges including sexual assault, invitation to sexual touching, and sexual interference.

Police say that Caster is known to frequent libraries, playgrounds, pools, schools, and other public areas popular to adolescents, teenagers, and young adults.

According to Toronto police, sexual assault is any form of unwanted sexual contact. It includes, but is not limited to, kissing, grabbing, oral sex, and penetration.
