Construction begins on Canada’s largest residential building in Toronto
Construction is underway at The One
The One Residences is Toronto’s first billion-dollar condo and once constructed, it will be Canada’s tallest residential building.
Mayor John Tory launched of the construction on Thursday morning, which is located at the southwest corner of Yonge and Bloor.

Developed by Mizrahi Developments, the One is located in Yorkville, and will be 80 stories that has a total of 416 units.
