Film starring Jason Momoa looking for extras in Toronto

Casting directors of a new film starring Jason Momoa are looking for extras with “interesting facial features” for a day of filming in Toronto.

They’ve put out a casting call asking potential extras to submit several photos of themselves. People of all ages and ethnicities are invited to apply — but movie producers are looking for faces that are somehow eye-catching.

Maybe it’s a distinct jawline, a square chin, striking freckles, an interesting hair colour, or a prominent nose or eyes, according to the casting call on ebosscanada.com.

The film is apparently called Slumberland and the pay isn’t too shabby at $233.75 for an eight hour day plus $44 per hour overtime.

Potential extras just need to be available for filming April 19, 2021.

Momoa has been spotted around Toronto several times this winter because he’s in town filming the Apple TV series See

The actor is best known for his roles in Game of ThronesAquaman, and Baywatch: Hawaii.

Anyone interested in being an extra can apply online.
