Free Lunchtime Yoga Class
What: Don’t spend your lunch break at your desk, downward dog instead. The Sony Centre offers free yoga on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and there is no experience is required. Just remember to bring your own mat and water. Registration is usually available online ahead of the class.
