The Royal Agricultural Winter Fair

What: The ten-day festival will feature 5,000 animals, 120 agricultural competitions, artisan goods and exhibits, food sampling, giant vegetables, local wines and beers, live performances, restaurants, pubs, and North America’s premier indoor equestrian event, The Royal Horse Show.

Indie Week 2018

What: Indie Week is celebrating its 15th year, bringing together Canada’s top artists at over 25 venues in just six days. Along with artist showcases, Indie Week hosts the Indie101 Music + Tech Conference with industry leaders and over 80 speakers and much more.

Toronto Polish Film Festival

What: The 10th annual Toronto Polish Film Festival returns showcasing new media arts and films with both a Polish and multicultural focus. All the screenings will take place at the Revue Cinema.

The Toronto Reel Asian International Film Festival

What: The Toronto Reel Asian International Film Festival is a unique showcase of contemporary Asian cinema and works by East, South and Southeast Asian artists in Canada, the US, Asia and all over the world. As Canada’s largest Asian film festival, Reel Asian provides a public forum for Asian media artists and their work and fuels the growing appreciation for Asian cinema in Canada.

European Union Film Festival

What: The critically acclaimed European Union Film Festival returns to Toronto this month with a variety of film screenings at the Royal Cinema. Award winning-films will make their debut at the festival, representing a rare opportunity to see these movies on the big screen. With genres spanning drama, comedy, romance and more, there is something for everyone at the EUFF.

Bombay Sapphire Gin Pop-Up Canvas Bar

What: This month, Bombay Sapphire Gin has set up Canvas Bar, the first-ever, interactive cocktail bar where guests can enjoy DIY drinks and play the role of master mixologist.

Cinesphere Fall Film Series

What: Toronto’s Cinesphere theatre at Ontario Place will be screening several iconic films over the next few months as part of its fall and winter programming. The Cinesphere will screen a number of iconic films including Ghostbusters, Alien, Aliens, Blade Runner: The Final Cut, Blade Runner 2049 in IMAX, The Fifth Element and Die Hard.

Spiders: Fear & Fascination

What: This summer, the ROM welcomed a new exhibit, Spiders: Fear & Fascination and trust us, it’s definitely not for the faint of heart. The exhibit explores the hunting, burrowing, and weaving world of these eight-legged creatures and will feature more than 400 live and preserved spiders, cutting-edge interactive experiences, and new scientific discoveries.

PetSmart National Pet Adoption Weekend

What: This month, more than 200 Canadian animal welfare organizations will bring thousands of adorable, adoptable pets into nearly every one of PetSmart’s 130-plus stores across the country.

National Women’s Show

What: Described as “the best girl’s day ever,” the National Women’s Show is heading to Toronto this weekend. The event will feature over 500 exhibits featuring everything from fashion and beauty to business and travel. For those interested in fashion, they can view the latest activewear, outdoor apparel, formal wear and accessory styles and trends on the catwalk.

Late Night Lift at Apex
