This no-frills sneaky collab between Grant van Gameren, Nate Young and Robin Goodfellow serves an unfussy vibe, which is exactly what draws in a crowd. (That, and the mean eats.) While you could go bold with the Banquet, Big-Jane, Green, or Red burgers, you’ll be mighty satisfied by the Plain-Jane, just as she comes. This smashed patty is topped with cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickles, and special sauce, and it’s about to become your saving grace. Add another patty, or bacon, or go full-veg with the Beyond Meat option. No matter what, this is bliss (and some coherency) served on a potato roll.
