There's a 253-sq-ft 'tiny home' for sale in the GTA for $200,000 (PHOTOS)

With real estate prices constantly on the rise, sometimes cheaper gems appear out of nowhere.

According to the recent TREB report, the average selling price for a home in the GTA reached $780,397 last month.

And recently, a listing has popped up for a home costing $500,000 less than average.

This ‘tiny home’ is 253-sq-ft, and is a detached “investment home” in Oshawa, Ontario.

The listing states that it boasts modern finishes that includes a three piece bathroom with a washer and dryer combo unit, kitchen with breakfast bar, living room with large bay window, and a loft bedroom accessible by a ladder.

Ladders seem so in right now…

Spacing indoors aside, the home has a two-car driveway, as well as additional loft storage and a large fenced backyard.

The modern look is perfect with that wooden ladder, cleverly placed to the left.

Might only be suitable for hobbits, but it looks cozy.

Lots of room outside for activities, which is great considering the space inside is limited.

As the real estate market will continue heating up, this Oshawa home probably won’t be listed for too long.
