The Green Wood is about to open on King West in Toronto
One of the east end’s brightest spots for brunch is about to make a west end debut.
The Green Wood, known for their seasonal ingredients that create a stunning brunch, lunch, or snack, is soon to arrive at 461 King Street West.
The eatery’s first location is at 1402 Queen Street East, and news about spot number two was shared on Instagram. The announcement came alongside a photo of the King West building that has long had mysterious signs in the windows that read “coming soon.”
The caption reads, fittingly, “big news coming soon.” In a comment, the restaurant confirms this address will be their second location.

This season has been good to King West. From Shook to Ascari to The Parlour, the mouthwatering eats are pouring into the neighbourhood.
Once this spot’s open (and we’ll keep you posted on details about dates), we recommend dedicating a full day to restaurant-hopping.
That’s one spot for breakfast, another for lunch, one more for dinner, and a last for dessert.
Get ready to, as The Green Wood says, “eat goods well.”
