A 17-year-old boy has died following a shooting in Scarborough on Thursday evening.
Toronto Police was called to the area of Danzig Street and Morningside Avenue last night and upon arrival, they found an unresponsive male victim with serious injuries.
Police said they performed CPR until emergency crews arrived and the victim was then transported to a local hospital by emergency run.
However, the teen was later pronounced dead.

Police said they received reports of a suspect leaving the scene of the shooting in a car. However, no there is no description available of the suspect or vehicle at this time.

Toronto Police said homicide detectives are now investigating the incident.
