The countdown is on to Toronto’s first Sustainable Dim Sum Festival.
Taking place on March 8 at the Rotunda at City Hall, the event presented by Drink Inc. and Live Green Toronto will bring together chefs from across Ontario for an evening of dumplings, rolls, buns, and tarts showcasing local and sustainable ingredients from Ocean Wise approved sources, and local, family-run farms.
Participating restaurants include:
- Cafe Belong
- DaiLo
- Daniel et Daniel
- Kanpai
- Lake Inez
- Pure Spirits
- Hawthorne Food + Drink
- Bruce Wine Bar
- Ceili Cottage
- Pork Ninjas
- C-fu Foods
Rather than tea, this night time affair will offer an array of local wines, beers and ciders to pair with your dim sum.
Tickets are on sale now until March 7 while quantities last.
