Sugar Shack TO is set to return which means winter is almost over!

Now in it’s sophomore season, the outdoor waterfront festival celebrates the treasured tradition of tapping trees for sap and then distilling it down into one of Canada’s most prized resources, maple syrup.

Promising to be “bigger, better and sweeter than ever,” the family-friendly festival presented by Waterfront Toronto will coincide with March Break and is promising two sugar shacks where maple taffy and other cabane à sucre delicacies will be the main attraction.

Also on the bill for this end-of-winter celebration; a food marketplace and a Sugar Shack bar serving up beer, mulled cider and specialty liquor, as well as live entertainment and interactive ice activities for kids including ice sculpture demos and photo ops, battle of the chainsaws, and a giant game of ice Tic-Tac-Toe.
