New empanada spot set to open on Toronto's Queen Street

Toronto’s restaurant biz is growing – with a new empanada spot, that is. You’ll be able to get the fresh-baked pastry at Super Empanada, set to open this week.

The food joint is Tanto Restaurant’s newest project, serving delicious combinations and taking their own creative twists on the baked goods.

Menu choices include Spicy Beef, Corn & Spinach, Chicken & Olive, Provoleta & Mushroom, Ham & Cheese, and Caprese.

They also have desserts lined up for $8 each, Vanilla Flan, Chocotorta, and Piña Colada Tres Leches.

Super Empanada confirmed to Daily Hive that they will be having a soft launch on Friday and into the weekend from 4 pm to 8 pm.
