Victim with several stab wounds manages to follow alleged attacker in his car

The victim of a stabbing in Toronto was able to climb into his vehicle and chase the alleged attacker despite his injuries.

According to the Toronto Police Service, at 9:35 pm on Friday night there was a stabbing near Caledonia Park and Davenport Road.

Despite suffering “several stab wounds,” the victim reportedly followed his attacker before officers stopped his vehicle.

It was reported shortly past 10 pm that two vehicles were involved in a collision in the same area. It is not clear if this is the suspect and attacker’s vehicles.

One suspect had been arrested, and the victim reportedly received aid from the Toronto Paramedic Service.

Chaplin Cresent and Elmsthorpe Avenue were closed as a result.
