Two Toronto Shoppers Drug Mart locations have reported multiple employees testing positive for COVID-19 on Thursday morning.

According to the Loblaws COVID-19 tracker, two employees at a Shoppers Drug Mart at 970 Queen Street East reported testing positive on presumptive tests for COVID-19. The last day they worked was on January 10 and 12, respectively.

That same day, an employee at the 5576 Yonge Street Shoppers Drug Mart location reported testing positive on a presumptive test for the virus. They had last worked on January 17.

In an effort for transparency, Loblaws updates their coronavirus cases reported in stores by province within the last 15 days.

“In addition, we have mandated that our staff and customers wear masks in Extra Foods, Fortinos, Maxi, No Frills, Real Canadian Superstores, and T&T stores across Canada,” said Loblaws.
