Last call: This empty Sears is like a retail ghost town (PHOTOS)

And that’s a wrap for Sears.

After announcing last year that they would liquidating their inventory and shutting down forever, the former retail giant closed its doors for the final time this weekend.

Stores were stripped of all their goods right down to the pens and mannequins.

While many rushed to grab whatever was left before the doors were locked, others stopped by to snap some shots of the somewhat eerie scenes.

Among those who took photos was Lawrence Strand who “took a look” inside the store’s Capilano Mall location in North Vancouver to “witness the death of a former retail giant.”
