“Unfortunately, we had been robbed on April 7, early morning, and lost a lot of cash,” the shop told Daily Hive. “However, because of this crime, we will advance our storefront construction on this Sunday. Thus we will temporarily close from April 14 to April 20 due to construction.”
Toronto Police told Daily Hive that they responded to a call for a break and enter at 439 Spadina Avenue on April 7 just at 11:50 am.
The investigation is ongoing and at this time, no suspect information is available.
