You can get pink vegan Mac n 'Cheese' on Queen West starting this week

If you’re looking for a Valentine’s Day meal that’s equally as cruelty-free as it is cute, Parka Food Co. is serving up the dinner for you.

To celebrate Valentine’s Day and the month of love, the Queen West spot is introducing Pink Vegan Mac N ‘Cheese’ to their menu.

You know the taste: It’s your favourite cashew-based vegan Mac N ‘Cheese,’ made extra special with a beet infusion and, of course, plenty of love.

The spot will be offering Pink Specials for the week of February 11 to 17. Opt for the classic, which includes a Pink Classic Mac and either Pink Rose Sparkling Wine or homemade Pink Grapefruit Soda.

Or, go a little bigger with the Pink Truffle Option. Pink Truffle Mac paired with the wine or grapefruit option. Mmmm, Decadent.
