This is the longest snow tubing hill in Ontario (PHOTOS)

Kick cabin fever to the curb this winter and embrace Ontario’s snowy tundra by heading to the province’s longest snow tubing hill.

Located just over an hour from Toronto, Horseshoe Resort is home to an epic snow tubing hill that quite literally puts all others to shame.

Not only is the tubing hill over 700 metres long, but it also features multiple chutes and two exhilarating drops.

For the 2018-2019 season, the resort doubled the number of tubing chutes, going from five to ten, as well as made a few of the chutes steeper in addition to a dedicated kids’ tubing zone.

Snow tubing, for the uninitiated, offers the perfect outdoor activity on a winter day that requires no experience, skill, or equipment.

You don’t even have to walk back up after flying down the hill on an inflatable Cheerio… there’s a magic carpet that’ll bring you back up to the top so you can do it again… and again… and again.

The resort has already kicked off its winter season, and tubing is open Wednesdays to Saturdays from 9 am to 9 pm, and Sundays from 9 am to 6 pm.

Snow Tubing Pricing

5 Rides $25

Unlimited Pass *Per day, per person. Non-transferable. $35
