Oliver & Bonacini (aka O&B) is opening a new restaurant in Toronto!
Following the recent openings of Parcheggio and Beauty Barbecue & Smokehouse at Bayview Village, the hospitality group responsible for acclaimed Toronto dining establishments including Canoe, Auberge du Pommier, and Bannock is at it again. Maison Selby is coming soon.
According to a recent job posting, the “chic, bustling all-day restaurant” is going in at Bloor and Sherbourne and will occupy the 134-year-old CH Gooderham House. Diners can look forward to three distinct spaces inside the historic address including main floor rooms, a lower level speakeasy, and a garden patio.
While details are still TBA, the new spot will serve breakfast, lunch, dinner and weekend brunch spanning morning coffees and croissants to late night cocktails and oysters.
