No service on Line 1 between Lawrence and St Clair stations

A portion of Line 1 is currently closed, as crews work to fix a track-related issue and according to the TTC, there is no service between Lawrence and St Clair stations.

The transit authority said TTC personnel are currently investigating if the construction in the area has “infiltrated” the subway tunnel, which may have caused the service disruption.

As crews deal with the issue, shuttle buses are now operating between Lawrence and St Clair.

While the transit authority hasn’t confirmed when the line will be back in operation, if you’re planning on taking the TTC on Line 1 home this evening, you may need to plan an alternative route.
