A low-cost retailer that will compete with Dollarama and MINISO has made its first entry into the Toronto market.
MUMUSO opened its first Toronto location at 5150 Yonge Street in the North York Centre over the weekend. The retailer already has two locations in Vancouver.
Although the brand is Chinese as it is headquartered in Shanghai, it markets its business and products as Korean.
“MUMUSO is a Korean brand with the focus on fashion. Its products are manufactured in China, Korea, Japan, Thailand, Singapore, and so on, providing clients with a wide range of fine goods to choose from,” reads the retailer’s website.
“We carry out a principle of plain, simple, and environmental while being innovative in production technology. With creative and fine products, we offer you a creative fashion and a better life.”
