Man hospitalized with stab wounds after fight near Square One in Mississauga
A man is recovering in hospital with non-life threatening injuries after he was stabbed late Wednesday night near Square One Shopping Centre in Mississauga.
According to Peel Regional Police, officers were called to the area of City Centre Drive and Kariya Gate shortly after 10 pm after receiving reports of a fight.
When officers arrived at the scene, they located one victim suffering from stab wounds and they were transported to a trauma centre in life-threatening condition.

When officers arrived at the scene, they released a tweet that noted a “heavy police presence” in the area.
Following the incident, police downgraded the man’s condition to non-life threatening.
