Man charged with sexual assault of victim who lost consciousness at Rebel nightclub
A suspect has been charged with sexual assault after a woman lost consciousness at a Toronto nightclub and woke up inside his vehicle.
According to police, during the early morning hours on Friday, November 1, the female victim was at Rebel nightclub on Polson Street.
Police allege that at some point, the victim regained consciousness inside a vehicle before a man drove her to an unknown area and sexually assaulted her.

According to police, Dipesh Patel, 34, of Toronto has since been charged with sexual assault, extortion, and forcible confinement.
He is scheduled to appear in court on Monday.
Investigators said they are concerned there may be other victims and are asking anyone with any information to contact the police.
Authorities are also reminding the public that sexual assault is any form of unwanted sexual contact. It includes, but is not limited to, kissing, grabbing, oral sex, and penetration.
