If you’ve ever felt the desire to savour a luxe dinner on the thirty-first floor of a Toronto hotel, now is your time.

LOUIX LOUIX has officially opened at The St. Regis Toronto, and it is offering every dose of glamorous indulgence you could ask for.

In the grand bar house, the patron’s cabinet allows guests to display private bottles and serve friends from their own personal stock.

Paying tribute to the history of bars and their integral role in society and culture, the grand bar houses one of the largest dark spirit collections in Canada. The cocktail menu highlights llesser-known classics including the Hanky Panky, created by the first female head bartender at the American Bar in The Savoy.

And the food menu is just as lush. From bar bites, including Lobster Hush Puppies and Mini Croque Monsieur, to dinner features such as Duck Breast, Pork Belly, Smoked Scallops and Whole Truffle Kitchen, every option sounds delectable.

You can continue the deluxe experience with something sweet to end the night: Perhaps the 13-layer King’s Cake with 64% Guayaquil ganache, vanilla ice cream, and chocolate sauce will suffice?

All dinners should feel this special.
