Feb 6 2017, 10:56 pm

You’ve seen him in La La Land, and through Chrissy Teigen’s social media.

Now you can see John Legend in live in concert when he stops at Toronto’s Budweiser Stage on June 17.

Acclaimed, multi-platinum selling, Oscar, Golden Globe, and 10x Grammy Award winning singer-songwriter John Legend will be in the city as part of his “Darkness and Light Tour,” which starts in May, and has two Canadian stops which include Toronto and Vancouver.

Legend is touring with the incredibly talented, Grammy-nominated artist Gallant.

The “Darkness and Light Tour” follows the release of Legend’s fifth album Darkness and Light, which came out on December 2. Described as Legend’s most personal album, you will definitely be hearing “Right by You,” “Love Me Now,” with a mix of older hits such as “Green Light.”

Besides his musical work, Legend has an executive producing credit on the 14-time Oscar-nominated movie La La Land, in which he also starred in as a jazz band leader, while contributing to the movie’s original soundtrack with “Start a Fire.”

This show is bound to be legendary.
