It’s soon going to be a lot easier to make a positive impact on your eating habits in Toronto’s downtown.
Impact Kitchen is opening a second location at the corner of Adelaide and Brant. The eatery already occupies a massive corner lot on King East where it attracts long lines at peak meal times.
The place is known for its ultra-clean approach to eating that can easily accommodate diets ranging from gluten-free to vegan to paleo to just plain old protein-obsessed. The all-day menu spanning breakfast through to dinner includes, coffees and teas, smoothies and pressed juices, bone broth, power bowls, baked goods, brunch, and grab-and-go bites.
Best of all about this place (and I’m speaking from experience) is that the food here is really tasty and the menu changes seasonally so it’s hard to ever get bored with the options. Just be warned, the menu isn’t cheap…
